HR Profit and Risk Review

Everything we need from you, in one place. Most people are done in under ten minutes, and once it is in we start pricing your programme against the market.

Everything you send is confidential. Nothing reaches a carrier, a broker or any other company until you have seen exactly what we plan to send and told us to go ahead. Your current broker or PEO is never contacted. What you send is used only to prepare your Review, and it is never sold.

Two ways to do this — both fine.

Fill in what you know below, or skip the questions entirely and just send your invoices. We can read the carriers and the numbers off the documents ourselves.

You do not have to finish in one sitting. Send what you have today and come back for the rest. We start as soon as your payroll register arrives.

Your documents Section 2 of 5

Most of these download straight from your provider’s portal. You can attach more than one file to each.

These stay confidential. Nothing leaves us until you have approved what we send and who we send it to.

Three we must have

Most recent payroll register, all employees Required Starts the clock
The one item we cannot begin without.

This one is still missing.

Employee census Required No quote without it
Almost every payroll system has this as a standard report — ask for a census or employee demographic report and it exports in a couple of clicks.

This one is still missing.

Most recent medical invoice Required No review without it
Plus the plan documents or SBC if you have them. This is where most of the money sits.

This one is still missing.

Everything else

Send what you have. The rest can follow.

Dental, vision and life invoices
Whichever of these you offer.
Workers’ compensation invoice
Plus the Declaration of Coverage or COI.
Three years of loss runs Can follow later
If you are already in renewal you probably have these to hand. If not, request them from your carrier and send them when they arrive — we will start without them.
401(k) invoice
Or a recent statement showing your fees.
Employee handbook If you have one
Whatever version you are actually using.

Who you work with now Section 3 of 5

One line per coverage. If you are not sure of a renewal date, leave it — it will be on the invoice.

What we examine Section 4 of 5

You do not fill this in — we do. It is here so you can see the ground we cover, and so nothing you are already paying for gets missed. If you want to mark what you have, it is three taps a line. Skip it entirely if you prefer.

Anything else Section 5 of 5

What prompted you to look at this? Anything frustrating you, anything you have been told, anything you would change tomorrow if you could.

Confidential, never sold, and nothing goes to any company without your go-ahead. Lianne comes back to you within 1 to 3 business days to book your 15 minute call.

Thank you for the opportunity. We will handle everything you send with care, and we are looking forward to meeting you and getting to know your company.
