Rule 2 — Six Month Cool Down: Every contact that completes a sequence without responding enters a 6-month cool-down. No redeployment for any client before 6 months.


Rule 3 — Re-Validation Before Redeployment: Every contact exiting cool-down is re-validated before entering a new sequence. Re-validation cost is absorbed by HRSP.


Rule 4 — No Credential Access: HRSP never logs into your LinkedIn profile, email account, or any platform under any circumstances.


Rule 5 — Nothing Transfers: All sending infrastructure — domains, inboxes, campaign configurations, and cold outbound contact database — is owned by HRSP permanently.


Rule 6 — Build and Manage Only: HRSP builds marketing systems only when HRSP is managing them. No build-only or handoff engagements.


Rule 7 — Your Primary Domain Is Never Touched: All sending domains are branded variations of your primary domain, purchased and owned by HRSP. Your primary domain is never used for sending.
